Part of being a boss means having to do the fun stuff, like laying people off! I was going towards my temp secretary Tayna's office and saw her chatting on the phone, on my time! I burst in and she was BUSTED! She was really upset after I gave her the bad news of the cutbacks but she was willing to do anything to keep her job.
